All you have to do is install a free blog, choose an affiliate link and start promoting your offer!
Instead, though, I suggest registering your own domain as opposed to using a free blog service like Blogger—it will only cost you a few bucks and your site will look a lot more professional. Potential customers will be willing to trust your opinion a little more if you it looks as if you didn’t toss your site together in five minutes (even though technically you could.)
On the other hand, there are times when you’re going to spend money. Bringing in traffic to your affiliate landing page will take money unless you’re a very good expert of SEO, or search engine optimization, for the products’ landing pages. And that takes a lot of skill. This applies to the search engines of Google, Yahoo and Bing, and YouTube.
There are also a number of excellent business in a box, turnkey programs that you pay a certain subscription price for that is usually lifetime. The entire affiliate program account is set up for you, and includes excellent mentoring or coaching from an experienced team, and features high value, high selling products. This is like a franchise and, as in any franchise, foot traffic is vital to the success of the business.
In some turnkey businesses, you are responsible for bringing in the traffic. In others, you can buy high quality traffic of people who are already pre-qualified as being buyers and interested in the products you’re offering.
